DMCA Takedown Policy

hookertube respects the rights of copyright owners and complies fully with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe your copyrighted content has been shared here without authorization, you may file a takedown notice using our contact form. Properly submitted notices will be reviewed and acted upon as soon as possible.

How to File a Notice

Your request must include all of the following information:

  1. Your contact details
    Full legal name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
  2. Identification of the work
    A description of the copyrighted material. A list may be used if multiple works are involved.
  3. Location of the infringing content
    The specific URL(s) on hookertube where the content is located.
  4. Good faith declaration
    A statement that you believe the use of the material is unauthorized by you, your agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy declaration
    A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized agent.
  6. Signature
    Provide either a physical or electronic signature. A typed full name will be accepted as an electronic signature.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification through our contact form. It must include:

  1. Your full contact information.
  2. Identification of the content that was removed and its former location on hookertube.
  3. A sworn statement that the takedown was due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your agreement to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal court (or, if outside the U.S., the courts where hookertube operates) and your acceptance of service of process from the complainant.
  5. Your signature, electronic or physical.

We may reinstate the content within 10 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice unless we are informed that the complainant has filed legal proceedings.


Repeat Infringers

Users who repeatedly upload infringing content may have their accounts suspended or terminated. We may also remove infringing content at any time without prior notice.

False Claims

Submitting false DMCA notices or counter-notices is prohibited and may result in liability for damages, including attorney fees. Please seek legal advice if you are unsure of your rights before filing.
